- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆If you look hard enough at any apartment you can find issues. That's just a fact. But the oaks is a very clean, quiet place to live. The rent is fair and management is attentive and professional. There was a small bump in the road during my move in process, but Cindy and Rich quickly helped me iron it out. I am very impressed with the management here and how much they have transformed this community. Also the maintenance staff is so polite and they address issues so quickly.
