  The house was fine, though we always had issues with our AC and once our AC was out for a month in the summer before they fixed it. The rental agency was probably the worst thing I’ve ever had to deal with. Constantly a pain, always making mistakes, and generally unpleasant to deal with. I talked to my neighbors there who felt much the same (especially with their AC problems) Save yourself the hassle and rent with someone else. You’ll be glad you did. EDIT: Landmark, why would I call you to talk about this now? You didn’t care about us when we lived with you, you only care now that I’ve left a negative review on google. It’s besides the point talking about it a year and a half after the point when I do not live there anymore. I really wish you guys had wanted to talk about it then. You kept us in the dark and did not keep us informed with what was going on. We had to call several times for you to actually care about the issue and you told us a new unit would be there soon but it still was weeks until it was actually installed. You did not care. It made for a very hot and unpleasant May. Also any other time we had AC issues you told us nothing was wrong when clearly something was. Also let’s not forget the time you called us to tell us it was our fault our ac wasn’t working because we swept the house too often (lol) and used too many candles, when the real problem was that you guys never actually changed out the air filters.
