  I have worked at several different facilities that serve children in all my 11 years of having a job. I've worked in a school system educating kids from pre-k to 12 yrs old for 5 yrs and in another daycare setting for a little over a year and moved to a different daycare which is where I am now and have been for 2 years and counting at The Preschool Academy. I absolutely love this place. I've never been more happier at a job that feels more like a family. I'm in the baby room where we take care of babies ranging from 6wks to a year. Everyone that I meet or talk to, whether visiting my class for a tour or visiting in general, always says that everyoine they meet has a smile on their face. We have had 4 or more generations or families come in and graduate and back again. We are celebrating 40 beauty years this year in 2018. Come celebrate with us in October. Its going to be big and soooo much fun. I'm so happy to be working with such an amazing group of people and look forward to being here many more years to come.

  I love this daycare. They take care of my granddaughter, who loves going there. I've read the bad post and done some checking on the people who put the post with a one star. I with have to go with what I see for myself and my child's happiness. I've checked this daycares records and they are always passing with the State. So it seems to me the Daycare would be better off not having these parents and kids in their school, who would give a one star. This Daycare was rated and voted #1 in Athens. Read your paper. See for yourself. I've never had any problems with any of the teachers or Director. I wouldn't want to expose my child to a parent that would hit a daycare teacher or be upset if they ask for ID. Can you imagine what kind of emotional parents they are and teaching their kids it's ok? That's what is wrong with this world. They forgot who Jesus is. I pray for the Daycare and the employees that work there. I pray for the kids that have horrible parents. May they not grow up to be like their parents and do what Jesus would do. I send my blessings and prayers to keep you safe. May the Lord be with you all. Remember we all have to answer to God when it's our time. Amen.
